A few more smaller contracts are staring to show up on the market

Ok, so I am noticing a few more smaller contracts popping here lately, but not any lower pricing, as I expected would happen. Do you think this trend will carry on into late December and January by chance?

just make an offer on what you are comfortable with and see how it goes! I offered 65. on a 100pt okw contract and it passed, you never know till you try.

One broker told me that sellers are more open on price during the next couple of months, so that might be good!

good luck! We offered on Oct25th and was accepted next day. We saw a contract that met our needs and made an offer. Hope you find something!

I have seen that, I just hope there will at least be a good amount of contracts out there when I am ready to buy. That's all.
