We've only been to US/IoA once, when the kids were very small, for two days. One thing my DD remembers was the SuperHero "entrance" - not quite a parade, but they arrived on atvs(?) and then were around for pictures. Do they still do this? She's become a huge Captain America fan and wants to see him.

Also, is there a Universal version of Photopass? I've looked but can't find anything like that.

TIA.

The Marvel Superheroes do still parade in on ATVs and do the photos. A few times a day. You will need to check at the park when you get there as to timing.

I do not think Uni has a photopass type system yet. If I am wrong, please chime in someone :thumbsup2

They tried something like that from an outside company a couple of years ago but I think it bombed so it's gone. Unless there's been a change, I don't think there's a service like this any longer.

They do have what is called photo-connect. I think it is around $50 and you get a card that can be scanned at all ride locations that take your photo. Also anytime one of their photographers take you photo it can be added to your account as well. You will have access to the digital photos by way of the internet. Harry Potter’s Forbidden Journey and Rip Ride Rocket does not work for photo-connect so if you want your photo from there you have to purchase separately. I am pretty sure that’s how it works. My wife has already created a file with the photos that were taken of our trip in case we lose access to them in future. Everytime we rode something with a photo we just took our card to the counter and had that photo added to our account. We both wish there were more photographers around.

I guess they're giving it another go. :thumbsup2
