Yes. The seasonal annual pass has blackout dates when you can't use it. This is part of the reason why this pass is so inexpensive. The only thing you could do is buy a one day ticket admission for Volcano Bay alone for the person who is the annual passholder. Otherwise, there's nothing you could do to enter Volcano Bay on the pass, unless you are willing to move your dates to a time its not blacked out. If you decide to just buy a one day Volcano Bay ticket for the passholder, then it probably makes sense to just purchase the 2 park annual pass rather than the 3 park one.Even if its our first trip with the AP and first activating it? Yes, however there are 2 park annual passes and 3 park annual passes. If you buy the 2 park, you can visit Universal Orlando and Islands of Adventure. The 3 park includes Volcano Bay.And are ALL the annual passes park to park?
