A few DDP questions?

I haven't read alot about it and I don't know much about it either. I was just wondering a few things first.

1. I am renting points from someone, can I still add on the DDP or does the renter have to do it?

2. Does it cost anything if I want to add it onto my already existing reservation?

3. Do you have to get it for the whole time you will be there, or is there a minimum amount of days you can get?

4. Is tax of the meal included in the price?

I think that is all I have so far. Thank you for any help you can give me.

DVC member must add it for you, you pay at check-in
2. Does it cost anything if I want to add it onto my already existing reservation?
No fee to add DDP, just cost of plan
3. Do you have to get it for the whole time you will be there, or is there a minimum amount of days you can get?
Everyone in the party must be on the plan for length of stay
4. Is tax of the meal included in the price?
included
