I'm glad you are still on day one. I like them dragged out, so I can enjoy it for longer! The pictures are great. What was the Tower of Terror like? Is it similar to the stratosphere in Vegas? I like the expression on the lady in the white, in the back row's face. She's the only one who doesn't look as if the ride is phasing her in the least. She looks as calm as could be. It looks like one of the kids in the family you met started freaking out in the front! I guess if little kids go on that, I could probably do it. I'm going to try CA Screamin' for the first time. That one looks really fun.

We talked to Oscar a bit on our last trip, but my memory of it is vague. My husband is the one who remembers him. He was talking to my baby. Now I'm going to make a point to find him and get a pic.

My husband hated the food at Rancho Del too, so you aren't alone. I wasn't terribly fond of it, but I didn't hate it. I really like anything though, when it comes to food (w/ the exception of Hungry Bear Restaurant )

I see Fantasmic has changed the buffet slightly. We got the exact same things, but no grapes or crackers or cheese. I would have loved that the most of all! I'm not big on sweets.

August 13th

When we woke up the next morning we were all so tired. Like a tired I don't think I have EVER felt before in my life! My mom who always wakes up without an alarm clock slept through the alarm going off twice and my cell phone making noises a few times in the night. Usually if she wakes up she is up! It doesn't matter if it's 2am! Not in Disneyland! She said she figured out how to sleep through the night, walk around non stop for 16 hours a day! Hahaha.

We all got ready to have breakfast with the princess'! I of course was super excited and was dancing around the room like a lunatic! No one understood how I had so much energy after only about 6 hours sleep! I decided to wear my baby blue tank top with the hopes of matching Cinderella! hehehe.

Here's me all ready to go... ugh I sure look tired!!!!

Bryan was sleepy and more interested in today's news than breakfast with Princess'.

We got to the gates of CA and had to wait for them to open them up especially for us! We waited by this sign...

I felt so special!

When we got through the gates of CA it was empty and quiet!!!!! It was so nice to take it all in with no one else around! I got a few good pictures of california screamin' when everything was so still.

My mom took my photo outside of the restaurant. YAY! I was so excited!!!!

When we got inside we saw ARIEL and she was waiting to greet everyone as they entered. It is after all HER grotto! There were 2 little girls in front of us who were so cute! I wished I was little to meet her, then it wouldn't have been so weird for a grown girl to be so excited! lol. I got a photo with her right away and asked if it was ok that I held my hands the same way as her! She said yes

Then everyone all came in for a photo and it turned out really nice so my mom bought the photo package! I just noticed I have my princess hand going on right above Bryan's shoulder!!! hahaha

When we got to the table we each had a button waiting for us so we put them on our landyards.

I was so excited for it to begin! The food they gave us was HORRIBLE! It was comparable to hotel breakfasts that are included with your rate. Pastries and scrambled eggs. For $39 it was a rip off, but you really are paying to take photo's with the Princess'.

Snow White was the first to come out.

After I saw the angle of the photo I told Bryan he has to stand up from now on when he takes pictures. I was pretty bossy, but still in a loving way My Mom told Bryan not to worry and she would take the photo's of her bossy daughter.

Belle was next!!! My very favourite princess!!!!!!!!

I'm all caught up love all the pictures of y'alls first day at DL and CA. Looks like y'all had fun on only 4 hours of sleep. Disney is worth it though!

The princess breakfast looks like so much fun. Sorry the food was bad but all the princess pictures you got w/o having to stand in line turned out really great.

Looks like an awesome day! I love the pics in Ariel's Grotto. We did that last time we were there and thought the experience was cool (even if it was expensive for the food).
