Welcome, readers! Welcome, old friends and new friends! Please join me for 2 PTRs in one!

First, I'll regale you with details of our stay at the Beach Club November 6-13, 2010. It's the first time we're staying at Beach Club and are SUPER EXCITED!!

The second part of this PTR I'll give ya'll the scoop on our February 2011 on the Disney Dream! It's a "girls only" trip for the women in my family, and we are SUPER EXCITED!

We'll start with the cast of our Beach Club extravaganza...


Me (28): A Disney lovin' fool!

My aunt: (if I posted her age she would probably kill me ): My aunt is my Disney traveling buddy and all-around good gal pal. Mom to my two cousins (below).

Cousin (10): My cousin, who we'll call "Belle" for the sake of this report, is also my goddaughter. She's my crafting buddy and a blast to be around.

Cousin (4): Another cousin, who we'll call "Buzz." He is a hoot and is going to have a great time with just the 4 of us! The lone male on our trip.

So come on along and join in! Because as we all know, "A Dream is a Wish your Heart Makes" and we have BIG dreams this time around!

Chapter 1 OR How this Trip Came About

We returned from our Dec/Jan, NYE Disney trip already craving more time with the Mouse. Even after fighting crowds, an unseasonably cool December in Florida, and a few other "un-planned" events we were not deterred. Oh no, we weren't!

My aunt was planning on taking just her 2 youngest to DW in the fall. Belle has two days off school in November for conferences, so it was decided that was the best time to go. So what started as a trip for Belle, Buzz and their mommy expanded to include yours truly!

For those of you who already "know" me, I switched jobs in early March. It was a welcome change, and not only did I cut my stress level to almost non-existent levels (from where it had been), I also was blessed to be making more money! And we all know what that means....More Dollars to give to the Mouse! So I was able to go in November too and am joining along for some more family fun!

So I have a question; to Annual Pass or not?! I am seriously considering getting that this year, since I will more than likely be back in a year.

For those of you that have the AP, what are the benefits? What are the pros & possible cons??

So I still have the AP question, but I figured I would also give you an update in the meantime. We are in Des Moines this weekend for Belle and Buzz's brother and his baseball tournament, and since I have some free time before the kids wake up and want to go have breakfast, I thought I would do an update.

I have been hooked into the Vera Bradley now, as I know most of you have been hooked for a while. I found a GREAT deal on the Hipster and a wallet - the pattern I got was the Sitting in a Tree:

I just LOVE it, I think it's so cute!

What VB patterns do you all like? Do you find the Hipster works really well in the parks?

I am also looking at VB duffel bags on eBay...I just think they would be super good to take on the plane...thoughts? Do any of you gals (and guys, if I have male readers!) use the duffels as well?

I'll leave you today with a few new pictures of my niece Caroline, who turned 1 on June 26th. I am already planning the first trip with her....

(Isn't she just the cutest?! OK, I admit, I am a BIT biased....)

Thanks, Becky! I LOVE the Cupcakes pattern!! I was thinking I would get a 2nd VB Hipster but I am just unsure of the pattern. I've been looking on eBay to see what is on sale and that's driving most of my decision. But I DO love that pattern!!
