A Disney Park in Puerto Rico?????

There's a big rumor here in Puerto Rico that The Walt Disney Company is looking lands to buy here. Recently Roosvelt Roads is closing and Walt Disney Co. wants to make a bid. Does anyone knows more?

First I have heard of it up here in Michigan. Would be nice if Disney got their hands on it. But I am sure someone will protest it. To much water from El Yunque ETC. Maybe they will just build a Resort.
