I loved Boma for dinner - kind of ironic though because I am dying to try Boma for breakfast! ;)

It was just as good this time as last. In fact, I think it was the only one that didn't change! You will enjoy it as well I'm sure! :goodvibes

A great start. I can't wait to read more. I think the pictures are great.

Thank you! This time I think we got snap happy! :lmao:

Great pictures! How do the glow cubes work?

Yay for free pens!

Thank you! The glow cubes have a little button on the bottom to turn them on and off. They change colors in your drink (or outside of your drink too!)

I LOVE my free pens - I have some in my purse...and on my desk at work, and I use them every day! :thumbsup2

Loving all your fun photos!

Thank you! They were fun to take!

Thank you all for reading and your comments. I hope to get the next installment done this weekend, but it is Homecoming weekend for DD so we'll see...

:flower3:

I'm here - it's been really busy here at work - (I'm just now eating lunch and it's nearly 2pm). My 5K was 2 nights ago and I did my personal best time of 35 minutes! I know it probably sounds like a long time to all of you pros, but I was happy just to finish it!! :lmao:

My DD and I hear the sisters thing alot, and believe me when I say that it doesn't hurt my feelings one bit! Thank you! :goodvibes

I promise, hand in the air promise, to come back in the next couple of days and write another installment - I don't want the memories to fade before I get this thing done, so I will be back! Thanks for the nudge Allyson -

Hope everyone is well and still reading!! ;)

Well, today was our first day to head to the parks. So, of course we headed to Hollywood Studios at rope drop to make the sprint to Toy Story Mania!

This is one park we have never made it to at rope drop for, but because of many warnings about the busyness of TSM we were there in plenty of time. The crowd was absolutely madness. Everyone was fast walking and running into each other and it just looked like pure chaos down the whole path to the ride. My son and I got in line and waited only about 10 minutes. My DD and DH went to get us fastpasses so we would be able to ride again. I got some pictures of them when we were done as they rode...

417.jpg

Then we got back in line all together and rode using our fastpasses. We waited only about 5 minutes this time, but by the time we got out Standby time was up over an hour so we moved on. This ride is a lot of fun and definitely worth getting there at rope drop - it's 100% a new family favorite!! :cheer2:

So we headed over to the Magic of Animation. This is Angie's favorite thing to do at HS. She usually does this one by herself, so it was neat to do this as a family. We drew Goofy - I was so happy! :goodvibes

On our way out, my girl and I got a picture together...

Next, it's just us girls at EPCOT!

TSM is so fun! I'm so glad you got to ride it twice!

You and your daughter look so cute in that last picture!

Just found your TR. I love all the pictures! Just reading about BOMA makes me miss the yummy zebra domes. :rolleyes1

Can't wait to hear more. popcorn::

I'm so glad we got to ride it twice as well - it was a great ride! And thank you for the compliment - she is definitely a teenager but I feel so blessed that we actually get along!! ;)

Great TR so far :thumbsup2

Looking forward to your next update :cool1:

Thanks for reading! You don't have to wait long - I am working on the next installment now to try and catch up a bit! :surfweb:

Thank you as well - I am really happy to have so many pictures to share...and I miss BOMA too!! :sad1:

Thanks to everyone reading - more coming shortly...

;) Well, you get two updates today as my way of apologizing for taking so long!

We left off with Angie and I heading over to EPCOT, while the boys went back to the room for a swim...

435.jpg

We took the Friendship Ferry, as we had never been on one before. As soon as we arrived, we started scoping out what country we would start in and where could we get some food. (That's not all we scoped out! LOL!) We stopped in the UK thinking we might have some fish and chips, but I ended up getting a beer instead! It was vacation after all, right? ;)

While I drank the beer, my DD noticed that Mary Poppins and Alice were out taking pictures, so we got in line. Both were just wonderful and did a great job of playing their characters.

441.jpg

We moved on and made our way to Morocco. Angie wanted to meet Jasmine, but she wasn't going to be out for a bit. We saw that storybook Belle was out, and she has always wanted to meet her, so...

442.jpg

Then, we decided to eat something in Morocco while we waited. We got the Shawarma Platter I think -it had a side of hummus, cous cous salad, Chicken & Lamb with Moroccan bread. I thought it was pretty good, but my DD didn't really care for any of it. :rotfl: For dessert, we had Baklava of course - yum!!

444.jpg

Then it was time to meet Jasmine, and Aladdin of course!

446.jpg

We moved on again...next we stopped in Norway to share a chicken salad sandwich, and it was time for me to try the School bread. It was delicious of course but I could only eat half because by this time, I was very full!!

Next, Angie and I headed over to Test Track. I will admit it, I am a chicken and I have never ridden this ride. The last time I came with my family we got in line, and when we got close, I got out of line - I could hear people screaming and said no thank you... This time, my DD said we could go through the single riders line and she could ride by herself if I wanted to chicken out again at the front of the line. We got to the front of the line and they told us which cars to go to. I went to my car. I got in and fastened my seat belt. I rode TEST TRACK! And I loved it! :yay:

My girl was so proud of me when we got off of the ride! And I felt really good that I conquered that fear and finally did it.

452.jpg

After TT we headed over to Ellen's Universe of Energy and rode it, then went to ride Spaceship Earth. The updates were really fun, and I won't give it away, but we are definitely looking forward to doing this one again and changing the information we provide... ;)

It was now time to head back to the room and get ready for dinner. We were making a stop at the Magic Kingdom and then... it would be time to bring the boys back to EPCOT for LeCellier!!

Cute pictures with the characters! Epcot is such a good place to meet them.

Yay for you riding Test Track!! :woohoo:

Hi PiscesAngel,
All caught up now - sounds like you've been busy!
Congrats on the 5K! My personal best for that is 33.5 mins (the 0.5 is VERY important :thumbsup2 ) I was pleased by it, but dismayed at the number of pensioners who practically sprinted past me all through the race :sad2:
Good updates!

It was the best day we've had yet for meeting characters - definitely a good day! And I am really happy I rode TT! Thanks for sticking around and reading!!

Thank you for your congrats - I am hoping to run another 5K in the spring and maybe I will do better... :goodvibes I totally agree about the pensioners though...there was one guy that looked to be 90, and I said oh no, I am NOT letting him beat me!! :rotfl:
Thanks for reading - I hope to have another update up soon! ;)

So, we meet our boys at the MK and take some of the usual pictures. MUST CAPTURE EVERY MOMENT. Ha ha – just kidding…

We rode a couple of rides in Tomorrowland and then headed over to Fantasyland. Most of the wait times were reasonable as I recall, but we still only rode Winnie the Pooh. It wasn't until we were home that I realized, I never went in to see Mickey's Philharmagic this trip! :scared1: When I did realize that, I may have shed a tear or two- that one is definitely one of my favorite attractions!!!!

The boys were a little hungry, so we went to Pinocchio's Village Haus and ordered a pizza and some loaded fries. We got a window seat and the kids amused themselves by waving at the people on boats going by...very fun! :goodvibes

465.jpg

464.jpg

466.jpg

Then it was time to ride the updated Haunted Mansion - this turned out really neat! We all enjoyed it, despite the fact that Angie is a bit scared of this one. When she was young she was terrified - she gets better with it every time... ;)

We moved on to Frontierland and the kids rode on BTMR while my DH and I just took a break and sat on the rocking chairs overlooking the water and the Liberty Belle Riverboat. It was nice to take a few minutes out and just soak up the scenery.

467.jpg

Then we headed over to Pirates and rode it, got stuck for 10 minutes on the ride... :headache: then headed back to the railroad in FL and rode around to the front of the park.

It was time to head over to EPCOT for our ressies at LeCellier!
