So, that's what "Loopy Luau" meant; now I fully understand. Gotcha! The whole evening just looked spectacular. THanks for sharing all those special moments with us

I love sharing ALL our WDW moments with all of you on here. It's exciting to tell them to someone who gets WDW like I do!

Oh my gosh, a new reader! So glad you made it over!

I'm glad you like my storytelling, I try hard to make this a decent TR. And when we were there, I tried to write down everything we did so I won't miss anything to tell.

The DIS meet was definately a lot of fun. It was great seeing everyone in person as opposed to pictures on the computer!

Haha, I hope my fight at 1900 PF doesn't let you down!

You're DVC too?! Where do you stay now?

OKW is so beautiful and relaxing. I know I've read some reviews of people not liking the rooms and stuff, but we've never had a problem there. We just wish we would've found it sooner! HA.

You're doing a grand job with all the details - that's probably why I haven't done a proper TR yet as I have a terrible memory

All the Diser's I've met have been the loveliest people I think I've made stronger friendships than my 'real life' friends

We bought points at SSR and stayed there last Dec - loved it We also stayed in a 1 bed at WLV when we got married at WL in 2007 - that made us buy DVC really, such a convienent way to stay at WDW, I was kicking myself though when I later found out about renting points as we could have saved a fortune
This Sept we're staying a BCV for the first time - we adore the BC so hopefully it won't dissapoint
I am also dreaming of a European DVC resort - maybe at DLRP so we could just head off for the weekend.

Alright!!! This is the update I've been waiting for! I'm glad you enjoyed the luau.. we did it for our rehersal dinner so it's kinda special to me! Your family photo came out AWESOME.
OK, so, I've heard so much about this 'Lapu Lapu' and I'm definitely intrigued! Can you give me some specifics on the drink.. what's in it.. does it taste very pineappley? And is there A LOT in it? It looks huge!!!! I'd like to order it but DH does not drink and I don't know if I'd be able to handle it all by myself if it's as big as it looks

TravelBug86: I just have to ask - is that Samantha Brown in the pic with you in your signature? Sure looks like her!

Oh, and BTW, I definitely recommend the Lapu Lapu!

Aw thanks! I can't believe I remember everything, but when we're there I try to soak everything in so that helps too.

Heck, you could even just do a picture TR!

SSR does look nice!

We LOVED staying at WLV! We loved being that close to the MK, which is our favorite park.

BCV does look nice too! I don't think there's really any DVC Resort that could disappoint!

OK- I'm catching up again! hehe I will be commenting on your last 2 posts.

I want to go to AL really bad but DH doesn't want to. We went to this Americah Idol thing in MI that was for our county and it wasn't a real AL- just a county type thing- and it was horrible. Everyone was horrible at singing. We left early. hehe

I like the name Indy a lot.

I loved all your pics of the LM, its cute that your dad went. It's like his bonding time with his daughter . I can't wait to do that. I also love the movie.

Pizza Planet was disappointing to me. I also had the chicken salad and it was just to bland for me or something. I was disappointed with how little fruit was on it. But I ate it and it filled me up. The rice crispy mickey was yummy. Do you guys always go here? I guess I just felt like all the other places we are were way better. It was DH's idea and then he tried blaming it on me. I said Hey- you're the one that loveess Toy Story and HAD to go to Pizza Planet. hehe

I was crossing my fingers it didn't rain...

Nice firework pictures. I loved the hearts. and then reflection on the water.

We do like Pizza Planet. That's too bad you had a disappointing experience there! The other place we go to is Backlot Express.

***EVERYONE*** Sorry I haven't done an update lately. I've been busy getting packed and then today, B/F and I moved back up to our apartment. Our first day of classes is Tuesday! Wish us luck! But, I will do an update ASAP this weekend when I go home and have the home computer!

Heyy I finally caught up but im so disappointed we never made it to the poly on our trip to get a lapu lapu now that I see that pic of them!!!! Guess ill have to put it on my mile long list of stuff to do next time hahaha. The luau looks really fun and its funny because at hoopdeedoo the drinks are unlimited also and my DBF drank about five to many sangrias and ended up getting sick as soon as we made it back to pop maybe they should put some kind of limit...drunk ppl in dis doesn't sound right hahahaha
