A different tipping question

I was wondering if anyone tips the CM's who work at Hank's at OKW or any other DVC Community Hall. My my kids spend a considerable amount of time in and around there, and I've often thought to buy them a gift card or leave a tip, but I wouldn't even begin to know where to start. So, how about you? Do you or don't you? If so, how much or what do you base it on?

I have no comment on tipping the Community Hall CMs, but I know a letter complimenting the CMs would be much appreciated. This is especially true if you send it via snail mail, name names and are specific about how the CM made your children's experience special.
