I originally made an adr for 6 at the CG for 8pm (the only time I could get ) to view wishes at 10pm our last night. our Party is myself dh, dd16, ds14, dd4, ds2. We were originally booked for POP but are n ow staying at the CR!!
Lets say kids decide not to go for dinner sometimes they just like to eat in the room. but I would love for them view wishes from the CG. since we are staying at the CR and we will be eating at the CG do you think they would let our kids come up from the room to see wishes with us as a family?

I'm sure if one of you went down to get them, that they'd allow them to come up. However, if you have a table for two, where will the children sit? If they were to stand around your table, they'd likely ruin someone's view, that is if you are lucky enough to have a window seat. Or were you planning on going out on the observation deck to watch?

Personally, I think that the "wishes from CG" thing is the most over-rated experience at Disney. It's a restaurant, and so you hear people talking, some noise from the kitchen...it's often very difficult to hear the music, especially the dialogue in Wishes.

I say, go to CG for the food, which is quite good. And go to MK for Wishes, which is by far the best place to see it.
