A design coming out of a pocket........

I think I've seen those before. What have you used?
This would be for two DS's 7 & 4, so no princesses need apply.

I was cleaning out their closets yesterday and found they each had a light blue t-shirt w/a pocket and though----this might need a design for our trip.

Bumping this- I too would be interested in a pocket disgn or a disign to put on the outside of a pocket-
