A couple videos from our trip in May (Monorail and AKL Giraffe)

Finally uploaded a couple videos from our trip in May.

Here's one of a young giraffe drinking and then hopping up. Kind of interesting to watch the way giraffes get up after drinking.

Monorail riding up front. Sorry, it's a bit bumpy.
Didn't even realize we had BLT on there until watching it today.
Also, I wanted to capture video while passing another monorail. I think that it was the pink monorail less than 2 months before the accident. (Around 2:40 into the video).

Thanks for sharing--love giraffes. In June we were dining at Sanaa and saw a baby giraffe chasing an ostrich around the savanna. Even the wait staff were standing still looking at that.

Had too good a time. We rediscovered the Magic of MK. Ended up buying at BLT little over a month later. Also booked another stay at AK (Kidani this time) and BLT.

We had no idea they did this until we were sitting on the balcony and this happened.

Completely agree. I think it's one of the best rides at WDW. Love riding it at night when the parks are lit up. We're looking forward to riding it in December to Epcot and MK with all the Christmas decorations.

Very sad about this. Sad for the CM, his family, his friends, and all his co-workers. It took over 30 years of trips to WDW before DW introduced me to riding up front. It was a pretty amazing experience.

Oh, just watched the entire monorail video (couldn't yesterday as stomach was a little queasy). My head swivels from side to side when I ride the monorail, there is so much to see. We have to ride it at twilight now. It was cool seeing everything lit up but still being able to see pretty well without lights.
