We have the all day drink bottles from both Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon, can we still bring them back to use again?

And secondly, can you charge meals to your room at the waterpark restaurants using an UMP?

If you mean the refillable mugs...Yes, you may reuse them by paying $5.00 for a new barcode sticker. The soda machines only work after a valid barcode has been scanned.

...can you charge meals to your room at the waterpark restaurants using an UMP?

The UMP implies that you are staying on Disney Property, therefore...Yes, all Disney resort guests may utilize room charging privileges at the WDW operated parks, waterparks, restaurants and stores. The only caveat is that the shop be connected to the main computer system in order to process the transaction. If not, it is cash only. (Think stand-alone ice cream carts selling "Mickey bars".)
