a couple of last minute ??

who do i need to call to make a room request CRO or the resort itself? and where would i find the phone number? we are going with my cousin and her family and would like to have a room next to each other it dosen't matter which building

we are also planning to do twilight check-in and in the brochure it says open from 3.30 pm but when we were at gatwick a couple of weeks ago i was talking to virgin rep and she told me it was open from 2.30 pm which one would you take as so?

Although virgin advertise as opening twilight checkin at 3.30, its always been open at 2.30 everytime weve been, so we now get there at this time, and always find ourselves at the front of the queue!!!.
