Thanks for all of the awesome replies! I apologize for not getting back to this thread sooner, but I had a health crisis of my own and was hospitalized in early June and am finally feeling like myself. Turns out the anxiety I've had for 20 years is actually a heart rhythm issue. Luckily it's under control now!
