A couple of CRT questions-

I noticed that on allears the menu for lunch is different than when we were there this Spring. Has anyone tried the Focaccia Sandwich? This looks like something DS would like. Also I'm wondering if you can make subs for the sides, like instead of sweet potato chips a side salad or the side of fruit? Has anyone tried any of the other entrees? I had the Major Domo's Pie last trip and would like to try something different this time.

We really would like to change this lunch ressie to a breakfast one if something comes available. We are leaving 11/23 and staying until 12/05 so we have lots of options. We are a normal party of 4. Has anyone ever had any luck getting a CRT breakfast ressie after the 90day ADR mark?
