A couple dining questions

Hi all! We are a little behind on the ball in getting a few dining reservations set up. Can anybody tell me what the current policy is for cancelling? I know we need a credit card to reserve, and they will charge for a no show, but if we find a better time at a different restaurant are we able to switch with no penalty (and up until when)? What happens if we decide to just cancel a particular reservation?

Also, can anybody recommend any restaurants both sit down and counter service that are more friendly for the covid concerned? I recall that Wine Country had outdoor seating, are there others that are similar to that experience? Or what restaurants can you recommend that are more spread out on the inside? No debates please, just trying to find something that works for us if possible.

I just returned from a 2 week LA and Disneyland Trip, you can find my trip report here Solo In LA and Disneyland - An International Tourists Emotional Return - Complete - Final Thoughts

You can cancel reservations very easily, I cancelled my Ogas reservations. You just go into the reservation either on the website or App and click cancel. You will get an auto email that the reservation has been cancelled. You wont get charged as long as you do it before the day before the reservation.

I am very Covid concious and on my 3 park days I only did outdoor dining.

At Disneyland I ate at
Red Rose Tavern
Tropical Hideaway
Cafe Orleans
Docking Bay 7
Ronto Roasters
Jolly Holiday Bakery
Edelweiss Snacks
Galatic Grill
Little Red Wagon Cart
Ship To Shore Snack Cart

At California Adventures I ate at
Lunar New Year Festival Food Booths
Pacific Wharf Cappuccino Cart

At Downtown Disney I ate at
La Brea Bakery Express
La Brea Bakery restaurant
Tangaroa Terrace At Disneyland Hotel
Craftsman Bar at Grand California Hotel
Ralph Brennans Jazz Kitchen Express
