So neat! The whole time I was watching your videos I was thinking how I would not want to meet a lion out in the savannah! All that coiled power and strength!

Only 2 weeks to go!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so excited I can't stand it. I have very little that must be done before I go. I just need to decide which suitcase(s) I'm taking, iron my clothes and pack. The time flew buy! And on top of all the vacation packing I'll be doing, I also need to do lots of house packing as I will be moving into my new house 6 days after I return. It certainly helps that I have so much to do with the house to distract me from the wait of the trip.

It's only a matter of time now - yippee!!!!

And for today's picture...2 weeks from today I will be exploring this spot

Packing has begun and is almost finished!!!!

I used a great site, One Bag, to help me make the most out of my suitcase.

The result is, at least at this point, I have a mostly empty suitcase. Which of course means, more room for souvenirs!!!

I have very few things left to pack, mostly just shoes and electronics (ipod, camera chargers, etc.). I'm getting so excited!

Mr. Potato Head is excited too. He's ready for Pirates of the Caribbean!

Which reminds me, I'll need to add Potato Head parts to my list of things to get!

We were able to put everything in our carry ons (2 adults)

It's a really great site, it's a whole new way to look at packing a bag. Take the time to read all of the suggestions, although most probably don't apply. The biggie is the method of bundling your clothes, it really saves so much room.

Woohoo! I think I'm going to use my spare room to bring bottled water with me instead of shipping it from Costco like I had originally planned. That way I can bring only what I'll use rather than spending money on a whole case that will never all get finished. I just have to make sure it's less than 50 pounds!

I woke up bright and early this morning so I could do the SINGLE DIGIT DANCE!!



And in honor of my very sleepy single digit dance this morning, I present to you the Solo Trip Pledge!

• I will try to take a minimum of 20 Photopass pictures a day
• I will have a meet and greet with Chip and Dale
• I won’t be afraid to go to Character Meet and Greets
• I will take the time to explore World Showcase and see some of the entertainment there
• I will attempt to RELAX!!!!
• I will talk to the people around me in line and on my tours
• I will make conversation with a CM
• I won’t be disappointed if I don’t get a dream
• I will try not to overeat, but at the same time I will not worry too much about what I am eating
• I will indulge in at least one alcoholic drink
• I will try a new food
• I will swim in the resort pool at least once
• I will find something special to buy for my new home
• I will buy something I don’t really need, but really really want!
• I will not freak out if things do not go exactly according to plan
