What do you do or what do you take to get rid of a cold?

I have heard Zycam is good. I don't care for nose sprays, but Jim swears by Zycam.

drink lots of water and get some rest!

If the cold is at the beginning stages, I use Zicam. They come in either nasal sprays or swabs. Otherwise plenty of rest and OJ
