I cannot believe how wonderful the WDW CMs are. When we were at the Poly a few days ago, my son bought a rubber ball w/Figment on it and promptly lost it. He loved the ball so much that I went back to the Imagination store in Epcot on another evening but the gift shop was closed. Another CM in a different store said that she would take my email address and if I couldn't get the ball, she'd try to help. Well, I just got the email asking if I wanted her to try and find this item and what could she do for ME. With all that's going on down there, I think this is really over-the-top service. I asked her to email me back for an insider's view of the preparations and I'll cut and paste her response w/her permission. I hope they are staying safe.

It is CMs like this that keep the magic of Disney alive. I know it can be heartbreaking when a child loses/ breaks a favourite toy. Let us know when it arrives and keep us posted on preparations. Thank goodness for that good ol pixie dust,

Naturally, I did not ask her to look for the toy but just to take care of herself and keep me posted if possible. I will be sure and email Disney management when things calm down in WDW to let them know of such a special person. Susan

FYI - If you call Disney Merchandising they can ship the ball to you. It's what they do: (407) 363-6200

You might want to try the Disney merchandising department again, with a different CM. They were VERY helpful to me, and when they weren't familiar with the item I was looking for, they put me on hold and called that store directly to find out. Good luck.

How do you email or even snail mail Disney management to tell them about a wonderful CM?
We just got back from Disney and had a GREAT time. I would like to make sure that some special people get the recognition they deserve.

Awe, you're sweet! How does the price compare? Does that little Figment stamp cost a lot?

This ball is about one third more expensive but it is twice the size and as you can see by the photo link that you posted, i't twice the fun!! Thanks again. Susan
