a change of dates?

I have been in the planning stages of our Disney VAcation for a few months now. Reading these boards have been very helpful. I am ready to get everything set in stone.. (or on my credit card at least) We were looking at the first week in March but from reading these boards that week seemed to be going into the Spring Break. So now we are thinking of changing it to February 8-14. I think this is the week BEFORE presidents week. When I look at this date it is almost 300.pp cheaper.

Can someone tell me if thats the case? Because I dont follow a calender can some one tell me when is Presidents week.

President's Day is Monday, February 16, 2004. Normally "value season" ends a few days before President's Day weekend and Standard Season begins. I have seen (on MouseSavers) that value runs through February 11, 2004. Disney's policy normally is that the room rate is given for the season of arrival and will not change.

After changing my dates to February 8th thru the 14th I am noticing the epcot is closing at 3pm. Does any one know why this is? Do you think it will be very crowded this week?

Last time we went was in August a few years back.

That is the official Disney web site and it shows Epcot with normal hours during that period.
