A cautionary tale

I was fortunate enough to land a CRT reservation for our family. When I logged into the Disney site and booked it charged the entire amount on to my credit card even though we are on the dining plan. I had a CM on the line who assured me that since I was logged in it wouldn't. The CM I was talking to transferred me to guest services and they corrected the issue. It's not really a big deal and it was fixed. I just wanted to let you know it can happen.

Had you clicked on the "Use my dining plan to book pre-paid reservations" at the bottom left of the dining reservations page before you hit "search for a table"? If yiou didn't, that may have been the source of your problem.

Honestly, I didn't even know that existed. I should pay better attention next time. I was in such a hurry to book it and it ended up taking a hour to fix because of it. Thanks for the info. I'll be sure to do that next time.
