a car seat, a booster seat and an adult in the back of a standard size car

Does anyone know if we will actually fit? there are 5 of us travelling together. 2 kids, one in a front facing car seat and one in a booster. I'm hoping to avoid having to rent a van given the cost of them, but if we aren't going to fit I'd rather know before we show up at the rental place!

Well, they aren't huge but they are a normal size woman. We won't be using the car much but we still need to fit. We can't fit in the Honda Fit that we've got, or a Nissan Rouge. I wasn't sure about a full-sized car............

I have a Subaru Impreza and I can fit in between the car seat and booster, but it's not comfortable. I'm tall but in the thinner size. An Impreza is a bit smaller than a standard size car.

I wouldn't try it.

We've tried to fit 3 people across the middle seat of a Ford Flex. I wouldn't have wanted to do it for any length of time. Or next to someone that wasn't my husband.

Sorry no way. It will be very very tight. We have a GMC Terrian and we can't even do it.

Thanks. I found a really good mini van rental rate at Thrifty through hotwire. It's less than $100 CAD for the week more than a full size car, so I think we'll go with that. Especially since it seems like it wouldn't have worked anyway...........
