We were at WDW 6-9 to 6-18. For the first time, I used the GAC for my son, age 14, with AS. It made a huge difference in the quality of our stay. We would normally have at least 1 melt down on a trip but this time there were 0 meltdowns! :goodvibes I appreciate all the information you share here!!! :)

Hooray!

We are leaving for WDW in 11 days with my DS13 with AS. We've always used the GAC, and it's proven invaluable for us! Although his special needs are, for the most part, "hidden" the long waits in line in close proximity to a lot of strangers has caused some major problems in the past. The GAC makes the trip an overall success for us each year! My DS reminded me this year that he "usually has one major meltdown in the very beginning of the trip, but then pulls it together for a magical time."

Glad you had an enjoyable trip. I'm sure your family really deserves a little magic!

Thanks for the thanks.
I was away and didn't get to see this until now.
