I almost forgot! A VERY BIG Thank You 
for my stay last week at The Dolphin courtesy of the Primzematron and Dreams Unlimited!!!!
They gave me a gorgeous room with a king size bed and balcony and a view of Epcot! I could watch Illuminations from my balcony!
Wow, the beds were SO comfortable!!!! Loved that!
And I have to say they have the BEST customer service I have EVER experienced anywhere. Seriously, every single person I came in contact with was amazing, professional, helpful, courtesy, really great. I had an issue because I was doing the Backstage Magic Tour that starts out at Epcot. The only way to Epcot from The Dolphin is by boat, but I didn't want to enter the park and use a day off my ticket, I called Guest Services and Lewis was fantastic. He gave me a couple options, but in the end wound up taking a taxi to be safe and not miss the tour. Lewis really went the extra mile though. But everyone was fantastic, from the front desk, to the bellman, to the store clerks to the manager I met in the hallway they, were all fantastic!
