Big Update!... well it might be bigger if it wasn't 3AM.
Fair warning: this includes Disney, semi-Disney and non-Disney related stuff... in no particular order.
1. I have been trying a couple of times this evening to do online check-in but no such luck... in fact, I can't even pull up either Pop or WL reservations

Stupid Disney website being down AGAIN!
2. I got my hair done!!! YAY! I'm so excited and happy I went with what I did. Essentially, we went with "Warm Chocolate" for a base then bleached out just a little blonde and added some purple and anything that wasn't blonde or warm chocolate. Oh yes... and the blonde got toned to a beautiful caramel color.
As for the cut, it's a lot shorter than I am used to but so far so good. I just have to straighten my hair more or it's kind of funny looking.
Some pictures:
Here's a good overview.
And here's a sort of good shot on the color contrasts.
Overall, I'm excited about it and it only took 4.5 hours this time!!! Usually it's 6-7 hours but that also includes a meal
3. OK, it's decided that I am going to be writing a trip report. Perhaps I should begin that soon since... it's going to be LIVE!!! Well, some of it at the least. I have been thinking about the days I want to go online or can do it for free. That is: Sept 17 at PDX, Sept 21 at given restaurant with free wifi and Sept 26 which I will just have to pay for. I suppose I can try to post from my BlackBerry...
4. Speaking of, first of all I
hate my phone BUT I need to get an additional battery for it. It loses power so quickly and takes too long to charge up so I just need to buy another battery for it. I don;t want to lose power in the parks.
5. And again, speaking of said phone... I downloaded the only WDW related app I could find for a BlackBerry Storm. It titled "WDW Maps" and it's kind of fun to play with. I don't know if I'll actually use it but we'll see...
Some photos of the app:

MK Map
When you click on a ride or restaurant... for restaurant, you can look at the menus.
6. On Sunday I went to our local outlets in Woodburn, OR and was that a stupid idea! Hm... should I go to a big shopping center the weekend before school starts, during a holiday weekend and while they're having a big sale... NO!!! It was insane, there was a 6 mile (no joke) line on the freeway to get onto the off-ramp from I-5. Until we got up to the front-ish we thought it was an accident or something... just crazy shoppers like us.
Took this from my phone, the outlets are on the right and the off ramp is kind of up a ways.
Oh yes! There's The North Face outlet

I LOVE that store. I got a new Denali for only $99!!!!

Sorry, you can't see it that well but it's there... Oregonmommy can account for that I reckon...
7. Mini-vent #1: One thing I do not understand is how St. Helens, OR (pop. 16,000) and Woodburn, OR (pop. 23,000) both have a
WalMart... Woodburn has a Super WalMart... and neither Hillsboro, OR or Beaverton, OR (both pop. 95,000) DO NOT have a WalMart
8. Mini-celebration: You know, I love eBay. I found photo paper... my kind of photo paper at Office Depot for 100 4x6" sheets for $30. On eBay, $15 for 400 sheets!!!
9. Look at this dogs eyes!!! How cool is that?
10. DIS MEET!!! Yay! I'm about 25% nervous 75% really excited! CSR here I come... are you excited Kathy?
11. Another DIS meet? Maybe I'll find you all around WDW
12. Hood to Coast:
It was cold, runners are disgusting with their habits, but there were a few HOT college teams, when they say bring a flashlight-they mean it!
Here's the exchange I was at...
These runners were about to run a 7 mile leg of the relay, good for them!
13. I found my lime green nail polish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
