youve been suffering for a long time. At this point, I asked the doctor for a steroid, prednisone usually. Also taking Benadryl will help you survive the itch. Once I had it so bad it ended up being infected on certain spots so I also had to take antibiotics. Call your doc as soon as you can. Good luck.
