We used them before Disney decided to only favor certain rental companies and had a good experience, but not sure what recent reviews are.

Were they timely in having to meet you to drop off the items?

Were they timely in meeting you to pick up the items at the end of stay?

I'm concerned that we will be sitting there waiting and missing out on valuable park time. Thanks all!

I rented from them in November. No issues. I picked up the items in Bell Services at the hotel when we checked in and dropped them back off there the morning we left. The items were at the hotel before my flight to Orlando even took off. They sent me a text when they arrived. We stayed off site.

Thanks!

The reason I ask is that Disney no longer lets them store things with Bell Services - so you need to meet them apparently. Not a fan. The only crib rental place approved by Disney is Kingdom strollers and their cribs aren't full size mattresses, not what I want for my baby!
