Great puchases! I went to Walgreens and got some things for DS. I got a light up wand that has TS3 pics on it. It's just a long wand that lights up but I figured it was only $3 and would save me about $10 when he asks for one like it in the parks!
I also got an automatic bubble gun. We bought him one at the parks one year but it broke right away, plus it was expensive and the one I got was under $4!

I do have some LGMHs that I made for my first trip-I do have to say No One has ever approached me in the World and commented on them. I would say do it if you have time but it's not a needed thing. (and as far as 'laminating' I just used clear packing tape!) One thing I did make off the DISigns board was a laminated sign for our stroller with our name and a DISign on it. I attached it to our stoller bag with zip ties-It's held stong for 4 trips now!

He did it again. James upgraded us to Old Key West 1 bedroom. We will now have plenty of room! Anyone every stay here??

I also booked DD her 1st haircut appt at Harmony Barber Shop the day we arrive! Penny is also going to get her haircut there the same day.

Penny was also really looking forward to staying in the Pirate Rooms (we didnt realize how much) poor thing, cried when her mom told her about the swtich, so James and I are going to pay for her to do the Pirate League Experience. We gave her options and thats what she picked. Any one have any info on it???

We(Becky and I) are planning on preordering the photopass cd because we are sure there will be a TON of pictures!

I did some more shopping at a different Target in the dollar bins, man they are addicting! I got 2 packs on 15 glow braclets for Penny and any other kids nearby us at the fireworks. I also got these packs of coloring books, stickers, and markets/crayons. Then I got a brown skirt to go with Annabelle's Belle shirt and flipflops for her as well, all on clearance!

I made some ADR changes and now we have ALL our 1st choice resturants!
Wen 14th ~ Cape May Cafe (Change) 5:15
Thrus 15th ~ Tusker House 12:30
Fri 16th ~ Hollywood & Vine 12:30
Sat 17th ~ Grand Floridian Cafe 5:30
Sun 18th ~ Biergarten (Change) 5:25
We basically added Cape May and lost San Angel Inn.

I also cancelled Penny's hair appt (kept Annabelle's) and Penny is going to do the Pirate League at that time, her mom is going to go with her and we will meet them their after Annabelle's 1st haircut (which I am sure will not take an hour).
The only thing is both appt are on Wen at 1:30, our plane arrives at 8:55am, do you guys think we will make it???

I am also so excited about using my new camera, Sony Cyper-shot, I got it for my birthday(which was before we booked) but even when I got it I thought of Disney!! All the pictures I have posted on here are with my old camera or phone(easier to load to photobucket with the App). My new camera takes much better quality pictures than my phone and esp my old camera.

Thanks, I am excited about the upgrade but I hope one day I will make it to CBR (this is the 2nd time DH upgraded us from there).

ooo, you'll love OKW! I've only heard great things about it-especially about the room size! Do you think you'll do a grocery delivery? Or maybe you can take a taxi. It is sooo nice to have that full kitchen!

IMO you'll have time to get to your 1:30 appts. The latest you'll get to the resort at is say 10:45. You'll still have plenty of time. Maybe have a park bag easily grab-able with your carry on stuff. If you don't have time to mess with getting your room you can just stash your stuff and go right to the MK.

Nice that you got a new phone! I'm holding out for a DSLR (maybe for Christmas please!) My DS likes to take the camera and gets fingerprints all over the lens. It's kindof at the point where all we get is a blur!

My Boys did TPL (I think there is a pict in my PTR)...they loved it!!!

One thing we did was get them pirate coustumes BEFORE gonig to WDW (from Party City). Your Dsis may want to get one and she can also use it for Halloween. They also take a picture when you are done at TPL and if you buy it (I don't remember how much they were) you can have it added onto a photopass CD (you have to go to the front of MK). Not sure if you are doing the CD, but just wanted to let you know!

We got new Mickey Mail UPS to us a few days, it was because of our change to OKW!

Since, We are so close to time to leave I decided it was time to lay out our plans. I am a partial planner, yeah, thats seems the right way to pharse it, I make ADRs and pick a park to visit on what day, in the beginning, but if it gets changed, No Biggie, thats why we get park hoppers. Disney is one of the places I am very go with the flow, not so much other place.

Day 1

We will be leaving our house at 4:45-5am, Becky and Penny will either be here or be coming over with Dad(it depends on if our dad or James' dad drives us to the airport). We are going to take Annabelle's old carseat(She still fits in it properly, we actually still use it in our other car) so that we can put the base in vechile taking us the night before and right before we leave I am gonna put her in the seat in her room and carry her out it. My goal is to keep her asleep as long as possible.
Arrive at the airport around 6ish. Get all our luggage checked and I am thinking maybe have Annabelle stay in the carseat in the travel system and give Dad the carseat right before we go through TSA, what do you guys think?? Again Im trying to keep Annabelle asleep as long as we can. We should be boarding around 6:50ish, our airport doesnt even open until 6 unless you have a 6am flight then you can come at 5:30(We learnt this the hard way one year). Gate check our stroller and hope the plane ride is uneventful. I guess now would be a good time to tell you, we have never flown with Annabelle and I have a tiny nervousness when flying. Any advice if you have done this before? Arrive at MCO at 8:55am, non-stop flight, the way James demands to fly.
Arrive at Old Key West hoping to get checked in and everything by 10:45ish. If the room is ready then we are going to try to lay Annabelle down for a quick nap. Do something about lunch.
Head to MK at 12pm, Becky will take Penny to check in at the Pirate League 1:25pm and James and I will take Annabelle to the Harmony Barber Shop for her 1st haircut 1:30, I can not wait for this!!! We will probably take a few pictures and if Annabelle hadn't gotten a nap, push her around til she passes out.
We may head to Epcot, esp if Annabelle got a nap. Then Dinner at 5:15 at Cape May Cafe, then probably back to Epcot for a ride or two.
Heading back to the room for an early night, make sure to let Annabelle get a full nights sleep(at least this night).

Ooh, I hate flying and dealing with baby equipment! (well, mostly I just hate flying ). So you aren't taking the car seat with you on the plane, you just want to keep it with you as long as you can for her to sleep in? Am I reading that right? Sounds like a good plan...although the upside if she doesn't stay asleep as long as you want is that she might be more likely to sleep on the plane

Yes, you are correct, we are not taking the carseat on the plane, she is booked as a lap child. I like the way you think. She is a pretty go with the flow little girl, so we are hoping, she does well.

I didnt think about that, I know she will probably fall asleep in the car tho. She eats when we do and has a cup of Lactose Free Milk after she eats. Normally, that is at 8:30, 12:30, and 5:30-6. I was planning on having her eat on breakfast on the plane. I was also planning on bringing an empty cup and getting a bottle of juice after we go through TSA and putting a little water in her cup. The only pacifier she really uses is the teething kind but I will bring it now just in case it might help. THANKS!!!

We have a busy weekend. James' Dad birthday is Tuesday, Labor Day Monday, and we still have get James' Dad a gift and get Annabelle new shoes. Oh and I wanted to post a pic of Annabelle and Penny I took Friday evening.

Ok I already told you its a busy weekend for us! This will be a quick update and mainly pictures. We (Becky and myself) made shirts for the trip. I forgot to take pictures of Becky and Penny's, so you will see mine, James' and Annabelle's. My parents also just got back from their vacation and got me a shirt for the trip. Let me know what you guys think.

I have never flown with such a little one, the 1st time we flew the boys were 5 and 6! In fact DH and I were talking about the next trip and I mentioned something about taking his truck (we took it to OBX because of the 4WD on the beach) and he said we would be taking the van...which is fine with me. We can take out one of the seats for extra room. There is NO way I would want to fly with a 1.5 year old and his gear, so my hat is off to you!!! (although thinking about it, Casey doesn't do as well in the car like our other boys did, so a shorter flight might be the way we ahve to go....time will tell!).

OOoooohhh, I glad that CMC is good, I am not big on seafood but LOVE crablegs and ribs. James tho loves Seafood.

We are hoping that with the 3 adults and Penny we can keep her entertained, I will be honest tho, I am worried but I am gonna have her sit on Jame anyway because he LOVES to fly and I get a lil nervous about it. We did a 13 hour car ride with her and she did great! Its a 2 hour flight so I am hoping, praying, and crossing everything she will do well. I will let her run in the terminal until we board tho, get out excess energy.
