$99 cruise...can you cancel?

Has anybody heard if there is a penalty if you book the $99 cruise special but then have to cancel? Would it be the same as DCL's normal policy of 60 days? We would love to do the cruise in October but were not 100% yet but the voucher says it has to be booked by March 30th.
