I think that it was a rather cruel joke by Debbie & Bill although I don't think that they intended it as such.

I think they were annoyed because your response seemed to be slightly nasty and I thought that your response to them was funny. What makes it even funnier is that you obviously didn't mean it as a joke

I didn't mean any disrespect to them in any fashion and they do provide a valuble and professional service to all.

I would suggest that we all just calm down, bury the hachet and try and get along.

However, since they were so inadvertantly mean to you, I will give you a slightly better price than what I am currently offering to others. It is my way to apoligizing to all and punishing myself for inadvertently putting fuel on this fire.

Hmmmmm? I wasn't being nasty at all (at least I didn't think so)? Just stating facts and basically saying "thank you for the offer but no thanks" I meant no disrespect at all either. And no...it was not a joke. I'm an x-travel agent (before the Mom thing) so it's in my nature to find the best deal and do my research. Guess I got off on the wrong foot here huh? Also looks like my post explaining why I said no wasn't well liked? Although I did find the QVC/DVC mix up to be very funny!
