Hi,
We have 475 SSR banked points that must be used by Feb. 1st 2021. Of these points, 75 are direct purchase from Disney without location restrictions. The other 400 points can be used at any resort except for Riviera. If you are are renting any of these banked points and are renting more than 225 points, we will do $15 per point. Otherwise, these points are $16 per point

We have 475 SSR points that are not banked which can be transferred to any DVC member or used for a rental. These are also Feb. 2021 use year. We are happy to look up any reservation requests and would provide quick and timely service. Please provide the following items.

Hi Kelly,
It came up no availability when I started so I began piecing some split stays together. Then I checked again and Saratoga was for the entire stay. It is 327 points for a 1 bedroom preferred. Please let me know if you are interested in a split stay and I can give you those details as well.

Studio Garden/Pool view-60 points
1 bedroom Villa standard view-100 points
1 bedroom Villa Boardwalk view-123 points

There are also rooms available at Beach Club.
Studio-62 points
1 bedroom villa-121 points

Right now the Grand Floridian has a 1 bedroom checking in December 26 and checking out December 30th for 263. I was to let you know as this was not available earlier today.

Saratoga has a standard studio for 75 and a preferred for 87.

Kidani has a Savanna view for 92.

That is all of the studios available. There are several one bedrooms. Let me know if you want to book.

Hi Kelly,
This morning the Grand Floridian has a 1 bedroom lake view for 515 points for your entire stay. Saratoga also has a standard view for 286 for the entire stay. You could split them if you wanted a split stay.
