$95 resort fee

I know if when i buy my dvc, if i want to stay at a non villa hotel i have to pay the $95 fee but where do i see how many points each hotel costs? Thanks

The charts are posted on the Members' Website. As an example, here is the 2013 chart for the Florida WDW resorts:

WALT DISNEY WORLD® RESORT IN FLORIDA

The charts for the non-DVC WDW resort & DCL options change every year. They usually go up. It is not a very good value to buy DVC if you regularly plan to stay at non-DVC resorts.

And you can only use your points for the non-villa resorts if you bought directly from Disney or you purchased your resale contracts before March 2011.

we purchased our first from disney back in 2006. It is not worth it at all to do it that way and I will just pay cash using my ap discount for any rooms that are non villas
