92 VGF Points to Rent at $15/point

I have 92 points for rent at Villas at Grand Floridian @ $15/pt. I can book at VGF 11 months in advance (currently August 26, 2015) and all other DVC resorts 7 month in advance (currently April 26, 2015).

If you are interested, please send me a PM and/or an email at jmwolff@gmail.com. Include your check-in/out dates, preferred resorts and room types (studio, 1 bedroom; 2-bedroom, etc) and view desired.

I will provide a rental agreement that includes a 50% deposit paid within 7 days after receiving reservation number and confirmation and final 50% payment due 90 days before check-in.

I will make all Disney Dinning Plan and Disney Magical Express reservations on your behalf as part of the reservation as well. Once reservation is agreed upon, I will request all of the additional information needed for those reservations.

Unfortunately, no DVC member can make reservations for this set of dates yet. Owners at AKV can make reservations 11 months out and owners at other resorts like me (I own VGF) can only reserve 7 months out.

You need to find an AKV owner to make the reservation for you on November 18, 2014 for an arrival on October 18, 2015.
