9 days and I am soooo not ready

9 days from today we leave......eeeekkkkkk. I usually over plan our trips but this time things have changed so much I am not ready. Going this time is me, dd8, dneice 12 and dbf. Trip was originally planned to include my dd's godparents, they have cancelled because he is in the hospital (this is week 3) with complications from cancer and things are not going well. I have been so busy trying to deal with that (unfortunately they live appx 3 hrs away from us) that I have not had time to plan our trip.

We fly out 12-2 and return 12-7. Now it looks like the weekend before I will go visit godparents so I have even less time........

we are staying at the new worldmark resort, flying into long beach and renting a car (full sized 126. on priceline)
Questions:
1. Looks like the worldmark is a little far to walk to DL with the kids so do we drive to the parking lot? (we will have free parking with one of the parkhoppers) or should we take ART? Any tips on navagating the parking lots? and which is better?
2. two of our group will have 5 day park hoppers and two have AP's the hoppers will have MM, but I assume they won't let our other two with AP's in for MM with them? Anyway to accomplish that?
3. Sat is the CP and I assume DL will be packed, any ideas if it will be not too crowded early in the day? My thought was DL first thing then CA when DL gets busy?

You guys leave the day after us. I don't have answers the rest of your questions, but for the one about MM and APs, I have heard that if people in your party have MM and you don't because you have an AP, if you go to guest services they can give you a pass to get in. I don't know if this is still available or if it's really true. But if I were you, I would go to guest services maybe the day before if you can and ask. Just explain some people in your party have hoppers while others have APs.

Take ART. I never had a problem with it. The wait has never been too bad and it is way easier than loading and unloading into a car that has to be driven and parked.

No. Unless the APers are staying onsite.... or see above

That's my plan! I'll be there 12/3-12/7. Maybe it will rain and keep the hoards away?
