Hi all!!! Great Trip, Good Weather, and ofcourse some Pixie Dust.We were upgraded from a standard to a courtyard view at the WL. We had room 5157, which was completely remodeled. It did have bunks which were great for my DD10 and DS11, really nice view of the pool, and we could see the Electric Water Parade. DD got to open Tinkerbells Treasures, and received a certificate for doing so. We were able to be the Flag Family at the WL, what a wonderful experience! Bruce was our CM who took us to the flags, and he is so sweet, and full of knowledge of Disney, we really enjoyed him. This is our favorite resort by far. The Lobby alone is worth the stay. As for the dining well here we go:
Dinner:
Kona Cafe, Great, would dine again!!! Sticky wings were great, and I loved the Turkey medallions! Service was really good!
Concourse Steak, Poor, wouldn't go back. Food was fair, service was poor, DD had the ribs, the were still FROZEN in the middle, I understand there are sometimes issues in the kitchen(no biggie) However, our server never returned until the rest of us already finished our meals, so it was too late to order my DD another meal, we did try to call our server a few times as well,
and was told to wait a few, she will be right back.
Ohanas, Great, we go every year, and love it no matter what changes they make.
CapnJack, Pleasant Surprise, first time there, food was really good,(you can't add the Lobster tail anymore to your dinner, as stated in other reviews) Service was quick and good, we would go back.
Clam Bake (Cape May), Fair, we wouldn't go back, the food they had out was good, but the selection wasn't what it used to be. Service was fine.
Le Cellier, SUPERB, will always go back!!!
Spoodles, Good, would probably go back, food good, service very good.
Whispering Canyon Cafe, FUNNNNNNNNN, we will be there again!!
Counter Service Meal Surprise: Coronada Springs Pepper Market.....Loved it!
The dessert selection isn't the greatest, but oh my, fajitas, wings, calzones, ribeye steak, all counter selections. Food is great, and they have servers too.
Expedition Everest, was very good, the kids love it, I still prefer rockin roller coaster!
All in all a great Disney Trip!! any question just ask!!!
