Okay, getting on a plane at 07:55 AM tomorrow morning, so everyone say a little prayer for me. I wanna go on a cruise!

Great news Amy, on florence being predicted to make that turn!

Have safe trips to Orlando everyone...

We leave early Thursday morning...which means no sleep for me tonight...I am always afraid, I won't wake up in time!

It looks like she is predicted to take even a bigger turn toward Burmuda!! We leave Thursday morning also. So we will see you tomorrow.

The shuttle is cancelled for today!!!!! They had a problem with fuel cells or something and may launch tomorrow!!!!!! NOOOOOOOOO!

Yup, heard that this morning also. If it's at 12 something then we will miss it anyway as we don't get in until 1pm. So maybe it will be all over by then.

I've been sleeping like that for the past week. After a few days it catches up with me and I actually get a good night's sleep and then it starts all over again.

Just one more night and then we can sleep like babies on the ship!

I keep saying "Just get me on, get me on that ship and I don't care where you take us".

Not anywhere near ready here. AT this point what gets done, will be done.

Alright, time to get kids ready for school one last day before I leave!

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who isn't sleeping. Yesterday morning and this morning, I just gave it up and got on up.

Well I'm off to the doctor this afternoon and got to get a last few things. Sally is coming to spend the night with me, so we can get up bright and early in the morning for our flight.


Hope eveyone who is leaving today has a safe trip, same for those leaving tomorrow. Those of you who are already down there. Have fun today!

The shuttle launch has been postponed for at least 24 hours. Problems with a fuel cell. Nasa will make an announcement after 1 PM. As cool as it would be to see the launch from the ship, I cant imagine the nightmare traffic there would be to get to the port.

Hi everyone that's left...

Thought I would post right quick...I'm still here! I didn't get on yesterday. I'm finishing some articles for publication while I'm gone...darn that pesky work . I'm going to the bank and get a mani and a pedi, then I'm done. DS19 still hasn't packed and I'm NOT doing it for him. I told him to bring credit cards because he will need to replace all the items he forgot !

Mom is coming to pick up the dog and say good-bye around noon.

I finally printed out the cruise roster. I don't think it will change at this point. Hopefully we can fill in the rest of the cabin numbers at the DIS-Meets or we won't know where to leave some of the gifts.

Well, better get back to work or I'll be up all night. I'll check in later this evening.

I've started packing. I worked the last 5 days so I've been too pooped to pack until today.
Lisa (DD) has a full schedule of patients today, so she won't start her packing until after she gets home from the office (5PM) -procrastinator just like her mom
Our flight doesn't arrive in Orlando until 12:30 tomorrow (we have DCL air and transfers)-I hope there isn't shuttle congestion on the road.
I'm hoping (probably slim chance) of getting an upgrade at the port. Is anyone else trying for 1 or will you all leave something available for me?

Dh and I went to conference in Chicago. He was to excited to concentrate so he left early. I tried to get my seat assignments 24 hours before on intenet checkin. UAL will not let us get our sits til the airport. I hate UAL but do not have much of a choice. We are confirmed but no sits. We will be leaving at 4am for a flight at 7am. Going to spa later. Next time I fly out the night before.

We decided not to bring the laptop so we could bring the curds! DH would not be defeated in this. He wants to bring the cheese curds. He talked to TSA today and figured out a way to bring them. Not we have to hope Disney allows us to bring cheese on the ship. all!

Our flight doesn't arrive in Orlando until 12:30 tomorrow (we have DCL air and transfers)-I hope there isn't shuttle congestion on the road.

The shuttle is scheduled for lift off at 12:03PM. Traffic would be heavy heading to the coast in the morning, but should be busy heading away from the coast after noon time. Travel from OIA to the port should be OK after 1200.

The weather report is for 40% chance of rain, only slightly higher than our normal summer rain chances.
