Hi! I hope this is the right subforum; if not, please do move. I am planning my trip back to WDW after 10+ years and, for my partner, it's been 15+ years. Turning thirty next year! We probably won't go back for another ten years.... so planning is both really fun and a little stressful! Just wondering, hoping to seek some good advice, on when to plan for? Early September will be warmer, but I worry about rain. Late October seems like the winner...? We're budgeting for on-site value (all stars), and these 5 night stays in 2023 come out to about $897/$867 respectively. We will fly in, and don't drive, so we think the extra money makes sense for on-site, despite looking at DSprings resorts like Wyndham & B, with their resort fees & longer inner-transport times. Thanks!

I would choose late October due to the somewhat cooler weather, less rain, and past the peak of hurricane season. I agree with staying onsite if you won’t have a car - much better than being dependent on offsite resort transportation, although rideshare can be a good alternative.
