going to disney for the 8th time (2nd time with my hubby,,... got engaged there last time)

changing things up, kinda last minute trip (i'm normally such a planner 180+ days type person)

going March 1 - 8

Wanted to try different things - some... tell me about this schedule
day 1 Via Napoli - pay out of pocket - pizza ain't terrible expensive
day 2 yacthman steakhouse -- 2 dining credits,,, is it worth it? we love steakhouses
day 3 no reservations - hoping to catch late lunch at 'be our guest' then corn dog nuggets as i watch parade (never been a fan of many MK TS places, anyone disaggree?)
day 4 MaMa Melrose fantasmic package -- u still get appetizer with it? i liked it last time.
day 5 LeCellier - love the mushroom risotto
day 6 no reservations - maybe head to DTD and shop and mayb CS at Wolfgang puck express or Earl - or pay out of pocket at bar of that t rex place
day 7 , last day (normally end with a favorite like italian or steakhouse) but did teppando edo, loved it there last time.

so what do u think? as long as i can see each firework/parade at least once i'm a happy camper.

food wise - anything i should be concerned about?

I'm assuming you have the DDP (regular dining plan)...which means each TS dining credit is "worth" about $37.50 ($35 pre-tax). So for a Signature venue (like Yachtsman and Le Cellier) to be worth it, your pre-tax bill needs to be about $71 per person. It's actually harder to do that than you think.

Let's say the average dessert is about $10 and the average drink is about $3, that means you need to order an entree that is about $58 to be economically efficient. There aren't actually many entrees that are in that price range (maybe one or two per Signature at most).

For me, it's usually economical to actually use a credit at Via Napoli. I order a Signature individual pizza ($21), the Coppa di Brutti Ma Buoni sundae ($14), and a soda ($3), which is a pre-tax bill of $38. So, it's all a matter of what you order.

I do! :rotfl: I really like the LTT for lunch. The Colony Salad is very good and the Ooey Gooey Toffee cake are among my favorites.

day 6 no reservations - maybe head to DTD and shop and mayb CS at Wolfgang puck express or Earl - or pay out of pocket at bar of that t rex place

If you're going to be at DTD, I highly recommend Raglan Road. It's my favorite spot at DTD.
