8am Garden Grill

We are planning wayyyy ahead for our April/May 2019 trip. Trying to decide on days.... how easy/hard to do you think it will be to get an 8am Garden Grill ADR on our first park day (arriving Friday but planning Epcot possibly Saturday April 27).

If you go online when booking opens 180 days in advance and book it first, it shouldn't be a problem. Even if you get an 8:15am reservation, you can show up at 8:00am, and they will most likely seat you.

We were able to get an 8:00am last year for our reservation at Garden Grill. We got it on our first try. As the previous post suggests, you should do it first. We did our reservation for a Saturday as well.

As long as you get a time before 9, you will be let in with the PPO ADR's and seated pretty much upon arrival. We had an 8:20 ADR and were let into the park about 7:50 and seated upon arrival at the restaurant.

You shouldn't have a problem at all. We had an 8:15 reservation, were let in just before 8 and were seated right away. We finished eating around 8:45 and got two rides on Soarin' before it got slammed.

our 180 day dining window opened a couple of weeks ago and at least up til last week (haven't checked recently) I kept seeing GG ADRs available.
