Going by your MYW tickets you are a little low with the dining plan. The amount you have is per day but if you are using the dining plan then some of those meals listed will be taken care of too
As far as Iam concerned though $12000 for 10 + people isnt too bad since it cost me that for 7+

If your friends family have only been to Disney once then I would suggest cutting out alot of the little extras. Just trying to do everyting that is available in the parks is exhausting enough and will still be an awesome trip.

We have been 13 times now and still haven't done alot of what's on your list.
