Alrighty. I go away for a week and return to find pages and pages of pre-trippie well under way. :thumbsup2 Is dark red taken?
Um, yes. But I'm willing to share!

I'm sorry, but all I think of when I look at Mike is Doogie Howser, MD....
OMG, me too! :rotfl:
Ok, I'm finally booked too....8/21 to 8/24 at SSR.
Borg, we match! Until the 7 month mark. :rolleyes1

Is this color taken yet? It is "slate" gray after all! :lmao:
S'LATE!!!!!! Were you here (WDW) over the weekend? I never heard back on your planning... I looked for you!

Okay, I'll share my 2 cents' worth on the DDP, etc. when I get back home. I'm still "road-testing". ;)

V!!!!!!!!

How's it going? :goodvibes

Nope, not back yet - I'll get home late Fri. evening.

I can't say much about how it's going without giving away the best TR-fodder... let's jsut say there's been an equal number of ups as downs.

Can't stay - I'm so tired my eyes are closing of their own volition. And not because of the half-pitcher of Spoodles' sangria.;)

I may get back online tomorrow AM - depends on what Leo and gramma wind up wanting to do. It's our "free" morning!

Your best days should be pretty similar. Just make sure you match the day of the week, not the date. KWIM?
What have you got so far? My SIL and BIL loved Narcoosees (sp?). BUT, I do believe you'll be sacraficing 2 TS credits for an entree and dessert only! BLAH! :sad2:
I'm matching the days :thumbsup2 And I think the DDP should include the starter at 2TS meals :headache:

You can always just trade the TS in for CS and collect the pins instead. :confused3 Also, I would probably do the specialty shows instead like perhaps the Luau or Mickey's Backyard BBQ rather than hitting a 2TS credit restaurant, KWIM?
I think you can only do the pins thing in the US free dining :confused3 I'm really not sure about those 2 shows I need to research them more then get the girls opinions!!!!

Jo - the backyard BBQ looks like fun. We heard some of it when we were at the campground last year and it looked like a lot of fun. Afterwards you can head back and go to the campfire movie. That was fun and a relaxing evening!
OK thanks Janet :goodvibes

Actual PTR infor. I was just checking out TGM and noted that I am 65 days from my 180 mark. I really need to start finalizing my ADR choices. Part of the problem is my DNephew. We are giving him an UG as part of his Christmas Gift with instructions to choose one plave he would like to eat. He of course has a deadline to choose;) Well, I have to see if he he chooses something that not is on our possible list and fit it in to our schedule. Hopefully he will pick something that is already on my list.....
That's sweet you're giving him the choice, I reckon he'll pick Sci Fi, ooooo could we have a competition to see what he chooses :rotfl2:

Hi ya S'Late  Good to see you, did you get my card?????

Okay, I'll share my 2 cents' worth on the DDP, etc. when I get back home. I'm still "road-testing". ;)
:rotfl2:

Hi everyone! I really miss y'all.

V, no we didn't make it last weekend.....no DVC rooms available. I am on the waiting list for 12/29-1/1, but I'm not holding my breath.

Jo, yes I did receive your card; thank you! Sadly, I haven't found my way to the post office yet. :guilty:

LL, I am still working overtime, but just 4 hours a week. I'm sure I will have more DIS time after Christmas.

:wave2: Slate. Am I going to get to meet the infamous slate in August too.:confused3

OK, I have a trip related question for my fellow travelers. When we are talking about WP day on Friday the 22nd, which one? BB or TL? Sitting here at work and am trying to tweak the schedule a bit:rolleyes:

You too S'Late

That's OK, don't worry I felt guilty that for the life of me I could not remember the names of your DH or kids

:yay:

Yes S'Late are you able to come in August too?

OK, I have a trip related question for my fellow travelers. When we are talking about WP day on Friday the 22nd, which one? BB or TL? Sitting here at work and am trying to tweak the schedule a bit:rolleyes:
Well our favourite is BB but we'll go along with whatever, thing with us is we won't go and just sit by the pool there are rides to ride you know :rotfl2:

I still haven't heard from the invitation lady and I need to have it all wrapped by Saturday so I'm just going to do it myself, does anyone know though how to get a pattern on the main piece of paper so that you can then put images on top? Does that make sense?:rotfl2:

Doesn't make sense to me? Are you trying to wrap something? I'm pretty good with stuff like that. But I need more of an explanation ...

I was thinking she meant - and correct me, of course, if I'm wrong, Jo - that she wanted to print out an invitation, but on a patterned paper, but she needed to figure out how to get the layers on the paper.

I have a Hallmark card program that would let me do that, but I'm not sure about anything else. I THINK in Word there's a way to get a watermark or image as a "background" but I wasn't sure enough to try to help. :lmao:

I have tweaked the schedule a bit. Shocking, yes I know:eek: :rotfl2:

I realized I didn't have a studios day planned and with my nephew coming we can't really pass it up, he is dying to do ToT and RNRC. However, I will only have 1 EPCOT day now, the DAY...you all know which one I mean;) and becasue of this Garden Grill knocked off the ADR list. So I need some advice. Jimmy LOVES Chip & Dale. I thought I read somewhere that they are at Liberty Tree Tavern. Does anyone know if this correct. If it is, I don't feel so bad losing Garden Grill then.

ANyway here is the new schedule (For this week anyway:rolleyes1

I also have a question about Crystal Palace. We have always done the breakfast, but I am thinking about doing a laterish lunch, earlish dinner here. Has anyone done lunch or dinner. How is the food?

Janet,
We really like the food at CP. We ate at Chef Mickey's this past visit and found the buffet to be small in comparison. CP has a wide variety of food, and it's all decent for buffet eating.

And the dessert bar is huge :thumbsup2

Yep CE that's what I meant, DM as CE said I want to put a pattern on the paper and then add images and writing on top :thumbsup2

I just read some reviews on allears and they all said Chip and Dale were there :thumbsup2

CP we've eaten both lunch and Dinner and the food was really nice, look on allearsnet for the menus :thumbsup2

We really enjoyed our lunch there! :thumbsup2

I think I also read that C&D were at LTT. Check allears.

We've done lunch and dinner. Personally I preferred the lunch. It was a perfect way to get out of the afternoon heat and enjoy a nice lunch. :goodvibes
:wave2: Slate. Am I going to get to meet the infamous slate in August too.:confused3

Yeah, S'late - any chance of the Loud Family coming down?
:confused3

I've never been to either, but I think V said TL had a better kiddie area. Since most of our little ones are under 6 - perhaps that might be a better park? I know Jo's girls are older, so I don't know how'd they feel about that? What do you think, Jo?

We've been to Crystal Palace 3 times for lunch now and we LOVE it. My favourite has to be the salmon and jasmine rice. They have a very nice meat carving station and tons of food. The whiskey-soaked chocolate cake was to die for. I have a picture of that if you want to see it. This place will definitely be on our list next time.

Yep CE that's what I meant, DM as CE said I want to put a pattern on the paper and then add images and writing on top :thumbsup2
So you want to do it all at once? You can try to do it separately, either make the pattern first and then make the images 2nd and rerun the paper through the printer again. Or you can do 2 separate papers, one being smaller and glue it on top of the patterned piece. :confused3

They wouldn't mind, I was thinking though that the wave pool there is really strong, we need V's opinion as she went in one of her TR's!

Hadn't thought of that, I'm PMing you with what I've found ;)
