I will be really disappointed. I want to make a BBB appointment for Tuesday afternoon for Kelly, if this isn't P&PP I will have to look at doing it another time/day. Which then of course messes up the rest of my Plan. Have your folks heard anything?

It messes up my whole plan too! They haven't hear anything, but my mom gave me her password to the cast portal where they post updates and stuff so I have been checking it FREQUENTLY. When I hear something you will all be the first to know

Have we come up with a back-up for "wurst-fest"? I know there was some talk of a plan B.

As for a backup plan. It was discussed and then sort of died. So let's bring it up again. Should we have a backup plan for Weinerfest everyone? If so, what are everyone's suggestions?

OMG, yesterday Evan threw a slipper at Maddie from across the room, whilst I was talking to her and it clocked her right in the face - I couldn't stop laughing - it was perfect comedic timing on Evan's part.

Now Kelly, who will be 8 at the time, loves makeup, so going to BBB is a given. Not sure if she would want a princess dress though. Also, wouldn't those dresses be incredibly hot in August???

Also, do you have to tell them ahead time if you are buying a dress or can you decide that when there. I was going to book the package that includes hair, makeup and nails. If when we get there she decides she wants a dress I would more than happyily get it for her, but I don't want to commit to it ahead of time, KWIM?

Ok, first off, Maddie didn't care about the heat in her Princess dress. She was going to wear it regardless. Don't know if Kelly is that much of a die hard, but be prepared.
Do not buy the castle package - it's not worth it. If Kelly wants the dress, just buy it separately with the shoes, or whatever other accesories she wants when you get there. The castle package comes with dress, shoes, wand and crown, but hair styles come with a crown that's so much prettier, IMO.
One more thing, BBB doesn't offer any type of discounts, (Disney VISA, AAA discount) but the WoD does, so buy the dress & accesories BEFORE you go into BBB.

Exactly what I said yesterday either give us all the dates, times etc at the 180 mark or don't allow us to make ADR's till nearer the time say 60 days

OK Mo my girls did the BBB last summer aged 9 & 11, they loved it and I just did the basic package, they both bite their nails so didn't think it was worth the extra $. I thought that they'd become too old for the dress and they didn't even ask about one. Also as you say it is really hot and sticky in August. I also think that the big package which includes the dress is exactly the same price as the basic package plus the price of the dress. So you could always buy the dress there if she decides she wants one

Anyway with all of our concerns about the P & P Party and whether or not they are going to have it, I went to the UOG site to again chec out best days and believe it or not my park days have not changed. Shocking, I know

Andrew picked out 8 restaurants he wants to try. I was able to accomodate 5 of them. so here is what we got.

8/19 - Fly In (Dinner @ 1900 Park Fare - Andrew's choice, but hey I went with it)

8/20 - DHS - Lunch @ Sci Fi Dine In (Andrew's choice and on original list )

8/21 - AK - Breakfast @ Tusker House with Donald Friends

8/22 - Typhoon Lagoon AM/EPCOT PM - Early Dinner @ Beaches & Cream (Andrew's choice)

8/23 - EPCOT - Weinerfest @ Biergarten

8/24 - MK (Hopefully LOEMH) - Breakfast @ Crystal Palace with Mo and her DNeice

8/25 - No Park Pool Day. DTD. Kona Breakfast/Raglan Road Dinner (both Andrew's Choice)

I'll share a little secret with you. I don't write out a touring plan. I kind of sketch it out in my head and then just (you better sit for this one) go with the flow. I.E. When we get to DHS we rise TOT and get FP's for RNRC, but after that it is pretty much whatever we feel like doing.

Mmmmm, now you;ve got me thinking T. I may make the 24th an off day if there is no LOEMH, but then that would mean no breakfast with Mo..unless she changes too. Mo we may have to rethink this if there is no LOEMH's Then again I amy just leave it. However, I don't think this will be an issues becasue on the cast portal tonight it said that the Little One's Promotion was coming again, dates TBA.
