That's so sad about the CM at the Biergarten.


And what's this about no EMH at the water parks, I thought they opened early every day for resort guest. I can't access the WDW site at work, will take a look when I get home.

V here is what I found on another thread

My granddaughter and I were eating lunch there and the rumor is true. The bass player, who I understand has been playing there for 27 years, had a heart attack and died on stage. He seemed absolutely fine, played a couple of songs, did a birthday song for the birthdays in the house, taught everyone the toast, then during the next song just collapsed on stage. We were sitting on the first row, near the side where he was standing, probably no more than 15-20 feet from him, and didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. My granddaughter and another little boy were dancing on the dance floor just a few minutes before. Unfortunately it happened in front of the entire audience. I feel really sad for his family and coworkers. I understand that many people working there have been there a long time and are really close. I was also told that his wife also works there but was not present when it happened. When they called for Medics, then any MD in the house, several men ran up. After a few minutes it they began CPR, which they continued until EMS arrived and took over. We left at this point because my granddaughter (5) was very upset, and it seemed to me that this man was gone. We stopped by a couple of hours later just to check on him and talked to a manager, who confirmed what we feared. They closed for the rest of the day, but I didn't check to see if they reopened today

Hi gang! Things are soooo crazy here lately. The girl who job shares with me lost her brother in Iraq this week, so I've been picking up her shift as well and then school's been pretty hectic with tests every other day! I'm finally able to DIS for a bit.

Sad to hear of the Biergarten CM - that's terrible.

WTH is up with the park hours? OH and get this, lover probably won't have his best days up for another week or so. I hope I've learned enough from the master and planned my days accordingly. I can make my ADR's in 3 WEEKS!!! Can you believe that?

Hey T...very sad about your co-worker's brother and wasn't that awful about the Biergarten CM?

And I thought that the WP had EMH every day last August? Oh and as far as the P&PP goes, if I remember right, they didn't announce the dates till like April or May last year so I'm keeping my fingers crossed!!

It still just says what days they are happening, but no if it's morning or evening. I'm hesitant to make any solid plans because of the possibility of the P&PP changing things at MK. We're doing the GG Fireworks Voyage and the woman I spoke to yesterday said that they're not booking into August yet at all, even though it's the 180 mark for people arriving on the first Maybe leap year is the new Y2K

I'm pleased I haven't subbed to TGM if he's not releasing his days for another few weeks, it's ridiculous you pay your money for that service so should get it, it's not as if they change much from month to month year to year

I've just written down all the EMH's for each park and using the July's EMH's guestimated whether they're am or pm and what I've really noticed is how few EMH's there are Also how the parks are closing earlier and earlier towards the middle to end of my holiday I really don't think from these hours that they're going to do free dining!!!!

2 weeks today the 16th

Hopefully by then the hours will have been sorted out, I hardly ever go to the EMH's well actually we really try to avoid them but I like to know where they are so hopefully everyone else is there

Isn't it horrible? The kid was 21 years old. It really hit too close to home for me, with Dneph being there as well. At least I know Dneph isn't on the front lines, but someone elses son/daughter is and that's very scary, KWIM?

Oh, I forgot to mention - I actually like TGM's morning touring plans (especially for MK ) and then I use UoG evening plans. I don't know why Mike doesn't have any afternoon touring plans.

I was looking at last years plans, yes I still have them, and there were am and pm EMH's near enough every day of our trip, this time only on 3 days
