Hey, I did a cartwheel becasue you were back:hug:

I saw that!

Haven't posted in awhile. I see Buzz and Lynie are back.

I have an Off Topic request.:lmao:
Anyhow, Brett Favre retired from the Packers in Green Bay. There is suppose to be a Commerative Sports Illustration coming out Friday or the following. The last SI that came out a few months ago, was impossible to find anywhere in WI. I'll pay for the magazine and shipping. Just let me know if you find one.

Ok, back to your regular planning to WDW.

Is he big in Wisconsin? :confused3 popcorn::

Awww... Seriously, just PM me your address. I'll find it.

PM it to me also!!! :darth: Muwahahahahahahahahaha!!!

Ok, I'll admit I've been slacking on my "Name that tune" game - so here's another round.... (this one's for Lessa)

Name this song - 2007 Alternative genre

Let's say we take this town
No king or queen of any state
Get up to shut it down
Open the streets and raise the gates
I know one wall to scale
I know a field without a name
Head on without a care
Before it's way too late

:rockband:

BTW, this one of my all time fav. bands! :thumbsup2

The special edition Sports Illustrator on Brett Favre is out. Only 850,000 copies were made. I went to 3 places today and gone. They showed people on tv buying 20 copies. You know darn well, they are going to sell them on Ebay. Do you know what is so stupid about this? They print the magazine 2 miles up the road from my house. No one at the printing plant can have one. But if you want a Playboy, you can have that for a quarter.

So if you are serious cmp1111 and Buzz, I'd be grateful. Anyone else too if you can find it. I don't know if they are only selling the magazine in Wisconsin or thoughout the U.S.

To stay on topic-we bought our Nascar tickets today-I really feel like puking and my contract came for our stay at the BC DVC. Love my DVC owner from Boston. He is a firefighter going back to school to be a lawyer. This is my 2nd time renting his points.

Thanks for the save Mo

So I need to phone and add ME to my booking, I also want to put some requests on to my reservation too, what's the best number to call?

Also where should I request? I was thinking building 18 in AB or 90 (Oak Manor) in the Mansions, we stayed in 85 (Magnolia Terrace) last time and really liked it. We also have a water view so I'm going to ask for River view as I don't want a pool view! I know nothing is guaranteed but if you don't ask you don't get :rotfl2:

Jo, my advice is to not get too specific. the problem is, if they don't have a room that meets a really specific request, they won't try to meet part of the request, they'll just stick you somewhere totally undesireable.

I would think about what's most important - river view and proximity to food/theme pool? Try asking for "river view, close to main pool." I'm afraid if you ask fopr a specific building, and it's not available, they may not put you in another that meets the same criteria.

I liked building 18!!

Hey, I just read Kimono's has Kareoke and it starts at 9:30pm. Isn't Kimono's in the Swolphin? And isn't the Swolpin just a short walk from Epcot?? :teeth:

Just sayin' :rolleyes1

Well Alek has just told me that he is in for this trip as he got a really nice tax refund. It looks like the entire family will be storming WDW this August!

 That would be hilarious, not sure you all would want to be tortured with my horrible voice though, I usually save that particular brand of punishment for family only. :rotfl:

we really liked having the trundle==the girls were happy the whole time. Probably would not request 28 just cause of location, but it was nice inside and all. And I liked the 1st floor too. I just had standard room, but had a view of a little creek.

Me and my dh stayed in building 90-The Mansions. There is that little bridge to cross and you can either go to the front of the building and get to the bus depot, or go behind the check-in area and the arcade is back there, along with the horse carriage, swimming pool and the resturants. We liked it, cause if they were running busses separately from the POFQ, we hopped on the bus from the parks that was less empty, and it was only a 10 minute walk back to our room.

We asked for 1st floor standard. And we got a room that faced the court yard garden and the view opened up to the river. I don't think water view is worth the extra money-probably the only thing it guarantees is that you are not in back of the buildings facing the parking lots.

We got this great room Easter week and we checked in about 8:30 at nite.

Is your other brother going? I must have missed that. Sounds like my older kids. I did their taxes, and they both used it for Spring break vacations.

Well now that you said that - we MUST hear you sing! :lmao:
