Great...sorry for the bad info...I could have sworn I read that Disney tried an 800 number and found that people were on the phone forever...so they got rid of it.

Luckily...we're on one of those plans where you can talk forever and it doesn't matter...one price fits all.

I always use the 1-800-828-0228 number. I have used it to get to CRO for a room only ressie and to make PS reservations. I call the direct line if I am trying for CRT because direct is faster, but if I am for anything else, I use the toll free number. Why pay to be on hold forever?

I agree, that is why I use the 800 number. Not becuase I am cheap, but if I am calling to give them my credit card number to be deposited into their bank account, I am calling on their dime, not mine. Well, these days, I am calling on their 75 cents.

For those in the know. What happened to the old 800# 1-800-421-3732? I used this number last year but just called and they told me to call the 407-W-DISNEY number.

Just called the number back and this number is for McDonald employee reservations only.
I've heard that there was a number for them but I got it mixed up with my other numbers.
