8 years on there boards! WOW! When is your DISboard Anniversary?

Hi All ~ I just noticed that in October I celebrated 8 years on there boards! WOW! When is your DISboard Anniversary?

I joined in Jan 2007 so I could make posts and rent DVC points. Ended up buying at VWL but this board has helped me so much for my Disney Cruise and I still learn something new, even after first visiting WDW 18 years ago.

I'd have to ask Pete when the Board started. I say Board, since there was only one. I joined @6 months into it.....just after Christmas when we got the internet.

It says Aug. 1999 for me. I'm not sure if that is correct or not. I thought I was on more than that before my first trip at the beginning of Sept. 1999.

Does anyone have a date earlier than Aug of 1999? I would be interested in knowing if that was when that was added to our profile. I was sure I was on the DisBoards before Aug, but it was so long ago now I can't be sure.
