We are on a budget but my daughter wanted to have a birthday party. I limited the number of guests she could have and kept it short(only 2 hours); just cake and ice cream. I need a few ideas for something to do inside in case of rain. There will be both boys and girls at the party. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I am taking my DD7 to Hannah Montana the same month of her birthday so I told her she needed to have a small party at our house. I am going to buy the personal size Boboli pizza shells and let the kids do a make your own pizza. They can then decorate their own cupcakes and make their own Sundae's. They help me make the food and are entertained at the same time! :rotfl2:

My 8 yr old was having a swim party and we were worried it would rain. I pulled out all of our board games and said we'd have game competitions if it rained. Good Luck!

My DS had a sleepover for his 7th bday, and I didn't plan anything except a movie when it was time for them to start settling down for the night. Other than that, they played and ran around and it was crazy, but they all loved it.

Necklaces out of froot loops and licorice for strings.

I 2d the board games round robin.

Apples to Apples jr. is great.

Go fish etc.

Shrinky dinks-you get the plastic from craft store and bake in oven. They can be creative about bag tags, book marks, earrings etc.
