I just got done reading your trip report. I've had it in my subscriptions for awhile now and finally got around to reading it all. I have tons that I need to go too. Haha. Awesome. Sounds like you two had a lot of fun. I was thinking about Pop Century before, but wasn't sure. Now, it sounds like a really good idea. I just might have to think about it some more. Glad you had an awesome trip. Sounds awesome! I hope I have as awesome of a trip as you two seemed to have! Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for your nice comments! I see from your signature you have stayed at All Stars in the past. We have stayed at All Star Music, All Star Movies and also Dixie Landings (back in the day when it actually *was* Dixie Landings!), and really think POP is one of the nicest ones we have called "home". I hope you have a GREAT trip!!!

I've read recently where some people have been "less than pleased" with their POP Century stays, and would still like to see more from people, like me, who thought the place was "practically perfect"!!!!

Good morning Donna W. I love reading your trip report. I don't know why it took me so long to find it. Anyway about the guides, I always buy them when we are planning a trip, and once I found the unofficial guide I was hooked. Now I know about the passporter and that it's really ok to buy the guides even though I'm not planning a current trip (wonder if there is a 12 step program for this) cause I really should be saving the money. Thanks for the chuckles and for sharing your experiences.

I always feel kind of like a spoiled child when I start to cry when leaving Disney World...because at least, I was blessed with the opportunity to go there in the first place! But, I can't help it...I always seem to just get so sad when it's over!

I've read recently where some people have been "less than pleased" with their POP Century stays, and would still like to see more from people, like me, who thought the place was "practically perfect"!!!!

We spent 8 nights at Pop from Aug. 26-Sept. 3. It was also practically perfect. We love Pop for the value and the fun.

This was our second stay there. The rooms are smaller than the deluxe rooms, but if you're doing a trip where you won't be in your room much, it is fine.

The pools are fun, the atmosphere is a blast and the food court, although usually quite crowded, is well stocked and has lots to choose from.

I especially love the frozen coke drinks you can get with the refillable mugs. I also love the various pools and I LOVE walking around Pop. It is almost a theme park in it's own right!
